Château Cazebonne is one of the oldest estates in Saint Pierre de Mons. Fully certified organic farming. Since 2020 the vineyard has also been certified biodynamic. Fascinating, full-bodied fruit with hints of intense red jam combined with spices, vibrant tannins, subtly combined with a mineral base. The finish has flavors of black pepper, red currant and black olive jam that linger in the mouth for a long time. Can be paired with stews and grilled meats.
