There is no fining or filtration involved, with the wine allowed to clarify by gravity alone - resulting in a slight haze and sediment. This  is one of the most enjoyable wines to craft, as there was no preconceived idea of what it must taste like - the chief driver is pure  drinkability - a 'scrumptious' quality - mouthwatering acidity and 'say hello!' tannins. It's a Bohemian at heart.

這款酒除了使用夏多內，還加入 Zibbibo, Gewurtztraminer, Moscato Giallo, Greco 等多種義大利白葡萄品種混釀。泛點橘光的檸檬黃酒色，讓人看了食慾大開！一連串的熱帶水果，柑橘、杏桃、芒果香氣席捲而來。礦物、蜂蜜、羅勒葉等芬芳於後段浮現。幾乎感受不到單寧，尾韻帶有一點點鹹味，和酸度恰巧達到完美平衡。
