S.3 Hinoki Shikichun Gin was designed by brewer Pouria and his friend Tinna from Heli Brewery, and given the elegant Japanese name "Hanaki", which means "flower and wood fragrance", perfectly interpreting the taste elements of this gin - the delicate fusion of Taiwanese cypress and Shikichun tea.
