    It's Basque style dry cider crossed with the best California natural wines! There's cheese on the nose, then a hint of raspberry, but mostly pure apple fruit. A rich flavor intertwined with the purity of refreshing apple flavor.

    Serve with hard cheese and salty and/or canned fish.This wine has a lot of energy, give the cider at least a few hours to settle and open it very, very carefully over the sink at a 45 degree angle.
