Based on Sauvignon Blanc from the Adelaide Hills, a small amount of skins are added during pressing, giving it strong acidity, rich tropical fruit flavors and an extreme taste.
The star ingredient of this absinthe comes from Riverland’s pomelo, paired with ruby ​​red grapefruit to add a rich texture to the drink. Minty eucalyptus leaves are used to infuse a refreshing aroma, while finger lime brings a burst of acidity, making the overall flavor more layered.
