The tannins are smooth and round. The first sip brings out the rich fruity aroma of blackberry and cherry jam, followed by a hint of licorice, as well as the delicate flavors of dark chocolate and tobacco.
The end is wrapped in the warm woody notes of roasted cedar mixed with the aroma of spices. The small amount of Petite Syrah and Syrah added also adds structure and complexity to this wine, making the flavor not only full but also full of personality.
