    MOSA Fruit Island Wine is born from the purity and wildness of this land, using Taiwanese sugarcane as its base, carrying the sugar and minerals of sunshine. The wine is aged for twelve months in bourbon barrels, resulting in a rich and layered aroma: the initial notes are a warm, sweet blend of caramel, vanilla, and sugarcane honey; the middle section transitions to the sweet and sour notes of golden grape skins and pollen; the finish is completed with the herbal aroma of wax apple leaves and the smoky notes of oak, leaving a delicate mineral and woody resonance.

    The palate is round and clean, with flavors of caramel, tropical fruit skins, and light oak; the finish is long, like a sea breeze gently caressing an orchard.

    MOSA 果嶼酒誕生於這片土地的純淨與野性之間,以臺灣甘蔗為基酒,承載陽光的糖分與礦質。酒液於波本桶中靜置熟成十二個月香氣層次豐富:前段是焦糖、香草與甘蔗蜜的溫潤甜香;中段轉為金香葡萄皮的酸甜與花粉氣息;尾段則以蓮霧葉的草本芳香與橡木的煙韻收尾,留下一抹細緻的礦物與木質回響。口感圓潤而乾淨,帶有焦糖、熱帶果皮與淡橡木風味;尾韻悠長,似海風輕拂果園。
