The grapes come from two regional vineyards in the village of Santenay: Lavau & Saint-Martin (located in the village of Santenay). Half of the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats and half in oak barrels. Ratio of new barrels: 5%. Aging in oak barrels for 10 months and stainless steel barrels for 1 month.
