Supported by fresh citrus peel and white flowers, it reveals a unique and multi-layered spicy aroma. The palate is firm and precise, with yellow fruit flavors intertwined with a tight structure and excellent aging potential.

Selected mature grapes are macerated in their skins for 12 hours to develop complex aromas and fermented spontaneously in traditional large oak barrels, followed by a long 30-month maturation in the cellar.
