The vines are 25 years old. The wine is brewed using whole grapes for fermentation to bring out more fruity aromas and silky tannins. Aging in large stainless steel containers and egg-shaped tanks gives the wine a rich structure and fresh fruity aromas.
Aromas of black cherry, dried herbs, fresh tobacco and salami. Bright acidity and juicy flavor.
